Payments to Collections Plus, Inc:
Payments made on Free Pre-Collect letter will be remitted to you at once.

Payments made on regular accounts will be remitted to you in a timely manner after a commissions fee has been deducted.

A status report will be sent to you once a month which will include the following:

• Debtors name and place of business
• Date of placement
• Beginning of balance
• Dates and amounts of payments
• Dates of all correspondence with debtor

Collections Plus, Inc. will not accept partial payments from debtor unless discussed and authorized by you.
