25% on commercial accounts in excess of $2,000.00

30% on commercial accounts of $201.00 - $2000.00

35% on accounts forwarded to legal

30% on Consumer Accounts

50% on accounts up to $200.00

50% of prevailing fees on returned merchandise or credit memos.

50% on accounts when debtor is a "skip" requiring tracing.

Legal Forwarding Services - Fees are Contingent on Collections

When suit is instructed or becomes necessary, the client will be requested to provide check in advance to cover court costs and attorney's suit fees. Court costs are usually collected from the debtor and refunded to the client. The suit fee is not contingent and is an additional expense, which is paid by the client, over and above the usual contingent charge. CPI retains no part of the suit fee.

Cancellation/Withdrawal of Claims

We reserve the right to charge a fee not to exceed the collection rate on any claim cancelled or withdrawn while in Full Service or Legal Forwarding.

Accounts which appear uncollectible, are returned without charge. A full report of circumstances will be included.

Direct payments to client are charged as though paid through Collections Plus, Inc. Clients are invoiced.
